Yes, we stock every ingredient a kitchen needs—and for a long time, that’s what we were known for.

However, after engaging with more restaurant and food business owners, we realised that our scale and internal expertise positioned us to address significantly larger challenges.

We set up our Culinary Development Centre, where industry experts and chefs help restaurants innovate menus and create dishes at scale, maintaining consistency and quality across locations.

So we offer end-to-end supply chain and fourth-party logistics solutions, with tech-enabled inventory visibility, data-led optimisation, and temperature-controlled storage and transport.

We also learnt through Zomato that poor packaging is a key reason for a poor order experience—so we now design packaging solutions for restaurants too.

We’re only 1% in, but our aim is simple: solve more problems for the F&B industry and make it easier to serve great food.

Myth 2: Hyperpure only stocks Indian ingredients.

Fact: A wide variety of cuisines are being served at restaurants in India today, and Hyperpure provides ingredients for all of them.

There was a time when the restaurant industry was dominated by Indian and Chinese restaurants. Today, diners have larger wallets and are far more well travelled, which has led to growing demand for cuisines such as Mexican, Italian, Thai, Japanese, and Korean.

At Hyperpure, we stock everything from rice for sushi, to gochujang for Korean cooking, to pasta and Parmesan for Italian kitchens, and tortillas for Mexican menus. And yes, we still have the good old essentials too—dal, rice, and fresh vegetables.

Myth 3: Hyperpure does not deliver the same day.
