Method of Preparation
Our momos are pre-steamed. Do not thaw before cooking.
Steam (3-4 mins): Lightly grease a steamer or idli maker with oil and steam the momos for 3-4 minutes.
Pan Fry (4 mins): Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan. Place the momos and sear for 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and cook for another 2 minutes. Once the water evaporates, crisp up the base and serve.
Deep Fry (3-4 mins): Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the momos for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Air Fry (8-10 mins): Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
Cooking time may vary depending on heat and the number of pieces being cooked.
