Irresistibly soft on the inside, a golden crispy potato skin on the outside that no one can turn down. As popular as our fries, classic wedges can be tossed in a variety of seasonings & served as an appetizer or a snack.

Shelf Life: 24 months

Storage Condition: Keep frozen at -18 °C or below. Do not re-freeze once thawed

Cooking Directions:

Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 175° C. Put the desired quantity of HyFun wedges directly from the freezer and deep fry for 3 minutes.

Air Frying: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Spread the wedges in a single layer on

the frying tray and air fry for approximately 12-15 minutes till light golden color. Shake a couple of times in between.
