It’s excellent for cakes, mousses, dips, ganaches, hot chocolate, and the lot. However I doubt it’s the kind to pick up and eat right out the box.
Very neutral, mild roast, low on flavour, on the sweeter side, milky, has just enough cocoa butter to grade it as chocolate, the rest is vegetable oil.
