Ingredients: Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Milk Solids, Baking Powder [Raising Agent INS 500(ii), Acidity Regulator INS541(i)], Starch, Emulsifier & Stabilizer (INS475, INS471, INS415), Dextrose, Iodized Salt, Artificial Flavouring Substances-Vanilla.
Baking Temperature: 165°C–170°C for 35–40 minutes (for sponges)
Mixing Instruction:
Add water and Pillsbury Bakers Plus Egg-Free Vanilla Cake Mix to a bowl. Mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1–2 minutes using a whisk blade.
Scrape Bowl: Scrape sides and center to ensure even mixing.
High-Speed Mixing: Mix at high speed (Speed-3) for 5 minutes.
Add Oil: Mix in oil at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
Pour batter into a greased vessel and bake as per instructions.
