Ingredients: Sugar, Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Milk Solids, Cocoa Powder (2.3%), Baking Powder [Raising Agent INS500(ii), Acidity Regulator INS541(i)], Emulsifier & Stabilizer (INS475, INS471, INS415), Starch, Iodized Salt, Raising Agent [INS500(ii)], Artificial Flavouring Substances-Vanilla, Colour (INS150d).
Usage: Perfect for waffles, pancakes, and other eggless baked goods
Baking Temperature: Top 240°C, Bottom 210°C
Baking Time: 6–7 minutes
Mixing Instructions:
Mix lava mix, oil, and water with a flat blade at slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape and mix at medium speed for 2–3 minutes.
Pour 50–55g of batter into paper cups in a muffin tray.
Bake for 6–7 minutes at specified temperatures.
Cool for 5–10 minutes, then store at 8–10°C. Shelf life: 4–5 days under refrigeration.
Serving Suggestion: Preheat in microwave for 30–40 seconds until lava center is bubbly.
