Ingredients: Sugar, Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Milk Solids, Cocoa Powder (3.4%), Starch, Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm), Raising Agents [INS500(ii), INS341(i)], Baking Powder [Raising Agent INS500(ii), Acidity Regulator INS541(i)], Emulsifier & Stabilizer (INS477, INS471, INS415, INS 412), Colours (INS150c, INS150d), Iodized Salt, Flavouring Substance (Artificial Flavouring Substances – Vanilla & Nature-Identical Flavouring Substances – Chocolate).
Baking Temperature: 160°C – 165°C
Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes
Mixing Instructions:
Combine water and Egg Free Chocolate Cake Mix in a bowl.
Mix at slow speed (Speed 1) with a flat blade for 1–2 minutes.
Scrape bowl sides and center to ensure even mixing.
Mix further at medium speed (Speed 2) for 3 minutes.
Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed 1) for 1 minute.
Pour batter into a greased vessel and bake as per instructions.
