Instructions:

• Combine water and Simply Mix Egg-Free Vanilla Flavored Cake Mix in a bowl. Mix at low speed (Speed-1) in a mixer using a whisk attachment for 1-2 minutes.

• Scrape down the sides and center of the bowl to ensure even mixing.

• Continue mixing at high speed (Speed-3) for 3 minutes.

• Add oil and mix at low speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.

• Pour the batter into a greased baking vessel. Bake according to the specified time and temperature.

Note:

For the cake gel recipe, mix water and cake gel in a bowl at medium speed (Speed-2) for 2 minutes using a whisk attachment. Follow the remaining steps as per the standard process.
