Ingredients: Sugar, Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Starch, Humectant (INS422), Baking Powder [Raising Agent INS500(ii), Acidity Regulator INS541(i)], Emulsifier & Stabilizer (INS 475, INS471,INS415), Dextrose, Anticaking Agent (INS551), Iodized Salt, Artificial Flavouring Substances – Vanilla, Preservatives (INS202, INS282) Acidity Regulator (INS330).
Baking Temperature: 175°C – 185°C
Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes
Mixing Instruction:
Mix water and cake gel in a separate bowl using a hand whisk.
In a mixer, combine the water-cake gel mixture and eggs; whisk on medium speed (#2) for 1–2 minutes until foamy.
Add Pillsbury Super Moist Vanilla Cake Mix; mix on slow speed for 1 minute.
Scrape the sides and center of the bowl; mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Mix on fast speed for 2–4 minutes for smooth batter.
Add oil; mix on slow speed for 1–2 minutes.
Grease baking trays, pour batter, and bake as specified.
