Method of preparation:

Defrost fully before use.

Thaw

• Shift pack from freezer to fridge and thaw overnight.

• or Place pack under cold running water until soft.

Pan Fry

• Cook over medium heat for 7-8 mins. Turn frequently to ensure even cooking.

Microwave

• Place on paper towels on a plate for 2-3 mins. Cover and cook until desired crispness.
