Method of Preparation
Our Baos are pre-steamed and ready to eat in minutes
Steam
Lightly grease a steamer or idli maker, place the Bao inside, and steam for 10 minutes.
Pro Tip: Reduce cooking time by microwaving the Bao for 1 minute, then steaming for 3 minutes.
Pan Fry
Microwave or steam the Bao for 1 minute.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
Pan-fry for 4 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
Microwave
Place the Bao on a microwave-safe plate.
Heat for 1.5 minutes.
Pro Tip: Place a glass of water in the microwave to keep the Bao soft and fluffy.
