Usage & Handling Instructions

• Product is delivered frozen.

• Store at -18°C or below.

• Thaw in a refrigerator (+2°C to +7°C) for 24–36 hours before use.

• Shake well before opening. Pour into a chilled bowl (fill up to 18% of bowl capacity).

• Optional: Add color, flavor, or sweetener during whipping.

• Whip at medium to high speed until soft peaks form.

• Once whipped, keep refrigerated and consume within the recommended time. It can also be refrozen.
