How to Serve:

• For making one portion of sauce, heat the pan and add two tsp of oil, and one tsp of chopped garlic
• Take one part of Saucier Khao Suey Paste (50 gm), add 200 ml Coconut Milk, bring to a boil, add protein, and vegetables, season as per taste, and add a few drops of lemon juice
• Once the gravy starts simmering, add starch, garnish and serve
