• How to Serve: For making one portion of sauce, heat the pan and add two tsp of oil, and one tsp of chopped garlic
  
  Take one part of Saucier Khao Suey Paste (50 gm), add 200 ml Coconut Milk, bring to a boil, add protein, and vegetables, season as per taste, and add a few drops of lemon juice
  
  Once the gravy starts simmering, add starch, garnish and serve
