An Authentic pan Asian sauce made from a special blend of finest soy sauce, chilli oil, star anise, cinnamon, Chinkiang vinegar, onion, garlic, ginger, and red chillies. This sauce is great for making Gravy, and stir fry dishes. This ready-to-cook sauce will give you ease to have an authentic taste in no time.

How to Serve:

  • To make one portion of sauce, heat the pan, add two tsp of oil, one tsp of chopped garlic, one tsp of chopped ginger, and one piece of diced red chillies until it turns light brown
  • Take one part Saucier Kung Pao Sauce (50 gm) add 100 ml water, bring to a boil, add protein and vegetables, and season as per taste
  • Once the gravy starts simmering add starch, garnish and serve
