An Authentic pan Asian sauce made from a special blend of finest chillies, Sichuan peppercorn, fresh celery, onion, garlic, ginger tomato, soy sauce, and veg oyster sauce. This sauce is great for making Gravy, stir fry dishes & condiment sauce.

• How to Serve: For making one portion of sauce, heat the pan and add two tsp of oil, and one tsp of chopped garlic until it turns light brown
  
  Take one part Saucier Schezwan Sauce (50 gm), add 100 ml water, bring to a boil, add protein and vegetables, and season as per taste
  
  Once the gravy starts simmering, add starch, garnish and serve
