An Authentic pan Asian sauce made from a special blend of finest chillies, Sichuan peppercorn, fresh celery, onion, garlic, ginger tomato, soy sauce, and veg oyster sauce. This sauce is great for making Gravy, stir fry dishes & condiment sauce. How to Serve:

• For making one portion of sauce, heat the pan and add two tsp of oil, and one tsp of chopped garlic until it turns light brown
• Take one part Saucier Schezwan Sauce (50 gm), add 100 ml water, bring to a boil, add protein and vegetables, and season as per taste
• Once the gravy starts simmering, add starch, garnish and serve
