Tropolite Ecotrop is a whipping cream used for icing and decoration of cakes and pastries. This product gives better stability to bakery and beverages, and icings and has good volume. It is a Economical and great product to the whip cream cakes and Pastries.
Usage:
Defrost in the chiller (2°C to 7°C) until completely thawed.
Shake well before opening and pour into a bowl up to 20% of the bowl's capacity.
Whip first on medium speed until the product starts to thicken, then on high speed until soft peaks form.
Be careful not to overwhip, as this may result in the cracking of gateaux. Store the whipped product under refrigeration (0°C to 5°C).
