Yellow Capsicum (Mix Size), 500 gm

The economy grade will be light green to dark red in color (based on seasonality there can be a slight greenish portion).

It will have a firm & rough taip texture with a non-uniform shape and two to four lobes.

Weight per piece: 80 - 120 gm with approximately 8 - 13 pcs per kg.

During the semi-ripening stage, capsicum showed 60–70% bright yellow color, with 30–40% green near the stem. Warm, sunny weather (20–28°C), 60–70% relative humidity, and adequate soil moisture promoted uniform ripening and good fruit quality.
