Cooking Directions-

Steam:

• Preheat the oven to 100c

• Brush the product with oil and steam it for 5-6 mins

• Flip the product at half-time

• Serve with spicy sauce or dim sum chutney

Deep fry:

• Heat the oil in a pan (160-165c) and drop the frozen momos into the oil

• Deep fry for 3-4 mins on medium flame until crisp and golden brown color

• Serve with spicy sauce or dim sum chutney
