Recipe Instructions
  • Arrives frozen, store at -18°C or below
  • Thaw in refrigerator (+2°C to +7°C) for 24-36 hours before use
  • Shake well before use
  • Weigh product into saucepan and heat on medium, stirring often until boiling
  • Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth
  • Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate (minimum 40%)
  • Strain mixture to remove lumps
  • Let truffle rest for 12 hours below 25°C to set
  • Use as chocolate truffle over cakes or desserts
  • Truffle can be reheated to a maximum of 45°C
  • Unused product must be refrigerated or can be frozen for later use
