Usage
For waffles, pancakes, muffins, cupcakes, and eggless baked goods
Baking Temperature
Top 240°C, Bottom 210°C
Baking Time
6–7 minutes
Mixing Instructions
Mix lava mix, oil, and water at slow speed for 1 minute, then medium speed for 2–3 minutes
Batter Quantity
Pour 50–55g batter into paper cups in muffin tray
Cooling & Storage
Cool 5–10 minutes, store at 8–10°C, shelf life 4–5 days refrigerated
Serving Suggestion
Preheat in microwave 30–40 seconds until lava center is bubbly
Note
