Recipe Instructions
- Arrives frozen, store at -18°C or below
- Thaw in refrigerator (+2°C to +7°C) for 24-36 hours before use
- Shake well before use
- Weigh product into saucepan and heat on medium, stirring often until boiling
- Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth
- Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate (minimum 40%)
- Strain mixture to remove lumps
- Let truffle rest for 12 hours below 25°C to set
- Use as chocolate truffle over cakes or desserts
- Truffle can be reheated to a maximum of 45°C
- Unused product must be refrigerated or can be frozen for later use
