Storage:
Store at -18°C or below. Once baked, keep the product at chiller temperature (0-4°C).
Frozen Shelf Life:
9 months.
Usage Instructions:
Thaw the frozen sheets at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Cut the sheets to the desired size and add your preferred fillings.
Moisten the edges with water and seal the sheets. After sealing, apply an egg wash or milk wash.
Bake the filled puffs at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow them to cool for 15 minutes.
Store the baked product in a puff warmer and serve as needed.
