Using Fresh2go's Lachha Paratha is similar to using any Homemade lachha paratha!
How to Use:
Thaw (Optional): Thaw it for a 2 Hrs at room temperature or microwave it for 10-15 seconds. However, you can also cook it directly from frozen.
Heat a tava (griddle) or non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the paratha onto the hot pan.
Let it cook for about 30-40 seconds until you start seeing small bubbles. Flip it to the other side.
Apply a little oil or ghee (clarified butter) to both sides of the paratha and press lightly to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
Cook both sides until golden brown and crispy, around 1-2 minutes per side.
Serving: Serve hot with curries, dips, or your favorite sides.
