It is a new crop and will have a higher percentage of moisture content.

Pieces will be light red, red, or pinkish-red in color.

Pieces will have a double layer of outer skin (double patti).

The diameter of each piece will be at least 60 mm, and approximately 7-10 pieces will make up one kilogram.

There will be no rotten pieces or pieces with sprouts, head crowns, or joined pieces.

It should be stored in a dry place and used within 5-6 days.
