Ingredients: Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Milk Solids, Starch, Baking Powder [Raising Agent INS500(ii), Acidity Regulator INS541(i)], Emulsifier & Stabilizer (INS475, INS471, INS415), Dextrose, Iodized Salt, Artificial Flavouring Substances-Vanilla.
Baking Temperature: 160°C – 170°C
Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes
Mixing Instructions:
Combine water and Pillsbury Lite Plus Cake Mix in a bowl. Mix on slow speed (Speed 1) for 1–2 minutes using a whisk blade.
Scrape sides and center of the bowl to ensure even mixing.
Mix further on high speed (Speed 3) for 5 minutes.
Add oil and mix on slow speed (Speed 1) for 1 minute.
Pour batter into a greased vessel and bake as specified.
