Usage Instructions
  • Thaw frozen sheets at room temperature for 30 minutes
  • Cut sheets to desired size and add fillings
  • Moisten edges with water, seal, and apply egg or milk wash
  • Bake filled puffs at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown
  • Allow to cool for 15 minutes
  • Store baked product in puff warmer and serve as needed
