Storage:

• Store at -18°C or below. Once baked, keep the product at chiller temperature (0-4°C).

Frozen Shelf Life:

• 9 months.

Usage Instructions:

• Thaw the frozen sheets at room temperature for 30 minutes.

• Cut the sheets to the desired size and add your preferred fillings.

• Moisten the edges with water and seal the sheets. After sealing, apply an egg wash or milk wash.

• Bake the filled puffs at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

• Allow them to cool for 15 minutes.

• Store the baked product in a puff warmer and serve as needed.
