Baking Temperature: Oven Top – 240°C, Oven Bottom – 210°C
Baking Time: 6–7 minutes
Mixing Instructions:
Mix lava mix, oil, and water at slow speed for 1 minute; scrape and mix at medium speed for 2–3 minutes
Pour 50–55 g of batter into each paper cup (muffin tray)
Cool 5–10 minutes, then refrigerate at 8–10°C; shelf life 4–5 days
Serving Suggestion: Preheat in microwave 30–40 seconds until lava is visible at the center before serving
