Ingredients: Refined Wheat Flour (Madia), Sugar, Baking Powder [Raising Agent INS 500(ii), Acidity Regulator INS541(i)], Milk Solids, Starch, Emulsifier and Stabilizer [INS 475, INS 471, INS 415, INS 481(i)], Dextrose, Iodized Salt, Artificial Flavouring Substance-Vanilla.
Usage: Suitable for cakes, cupcakes, muffins, and other desserts.
Baking Temperature: 160°C – 170°C
Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes
Mixing Instructions:
Add water and Cake Mix to a bowl.
Mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1–2 minutes using a whisk blade.
Scrape sides and center of the bowl for even mixing.
Mix at high speed (Speed-3) for 3 minutes.
Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
Baking: Pour batter into greased vessel and bake as specified.
Add water and cake gel, mix at medium speed (Speed-2) for 2 minutes.
