Ingredients: Sugar, Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Milk Solids, Cocoa Powder (6.5%), Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm), Iodized Salt, Emulsifiers (INS322, INS471)
Baking Temperature: Top oven 240°C, Bottom oven 210°C
Baking Time: 6–7 minutes
Mixing Instructions:
Combine lava mix, oil, and water in a bowl.
Mix at slow speed for 1 minute using a flat blade.
Scrape and mix further at medium speed for 2–3 minutes.
Pour 50–55 g of batter into each paper cup in a muffin tray.
Baking: Bake for 6–7 minutes at the specified temperatures.
Cooling & Storage: Cool for 5–10 minutes, then immediately refrigerate at 8–10°C. Shelf life: 4–5 days under refrigeration.
Serving Suggestion: Preheat in microwave for 30–40 seconds until lava is visible in the center before serving.
