Ingredients: Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Milk Solids, Starch, Baking Powder [Raising Agent INS500(ii), Acidity Regulator INS541(i)], Emulsifier & Stabilizer (INS475, INS471, INS415), Dextrose, Iodized Salt, Artificial Flavouring Substances-Vanilla.
Preparation:
Baking temperature: 160°C-170°C
Baking Time: 35- 40 minutes
Add water and Pillsbury Lite Plus Cake mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) in a mixer using a whisk blade for 1-2 minutes.
Scrape the sides and centre of the bowl to facilitate even mixing.
Mix further at high speed (Speed-3) for 5 minutes.
Add oil and mix at a slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
Pour batter into the greased vessel. Bake as specified.
