





Ideal for baking muffins, cupcakes, and tea-time cakes with consistency and ease.
Ingredients: Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm), Dextrose, Malt Extract Powder, Spice Mix, Colours (INS150c, INS150d), Emulsifier & Stabilizer (INS466, INS471), Iodized Salt, Baking Powder [Raising Agent INS500(ii), Acidity Regulator INS541(i)], Raising Agent [INS500(ii)], Flavouring Substances (Artificial Flavouring Substances – Vanilla & Nature-Identical Flavouring Substances -Rum and Raisin, Orange).
Usage: Ideal for plum cakes, banana cakes, carrot cakes, muffins, and bar cakes.
Baking Temperature: 160°C – 170°C
Baking Time: 40 – 45 minutes
Mixing Instructions:
Add egg, water, oil, and Pillsbury Traditional Plum Cake Mix to a bowl.
Mix at slow speed (Speed 1) for 2 minutes using a flat blade.
Scrape sides and center of the bowl for even mixing.
Mix at medium speed (Speed 2) for 2 minutes.
Add fruits and mix at slow speed (Speed 1) for 1 minute.
Baking: Pour batter into a greased or lined pan and bake as per the specified temperature and time.
